			As I was going through the steps again to document with screenshots, I saw that if I get 'expired'  message, then select option to generate a new key rather than recover the key.  I tried that,  and  it worked.  I had originally tried a one month trial before I signed up for a year, so maybe that is what caused the problem with the expired key.
