Simply Gluten Free Sunbutter

My daughter received notice of winning a gift basket of sunbutter from Simply Gluten Free. (When I read that, I thought it was some kind of skin-care products, but looked it up. What she won is a $100 gift basket of food products - think "peanut butter" but made with sunflower seeds instead of peanuts. I KNOW that will go over well in this house!
