Strategy Guide Purchase

I purchased the strategy guide and it is not letting me download. After click it a couple times to start the download, it now says "Your link has expired." and will not let me get my product.

When it is entering the CAPTCHA -- what kind of 'captchas' are being presented to you?
I.e., are they "just text"? Do they say "click here to reveal code"? Is it a movie? Or something else?

Hi,

You get all of those kinds of CAPTCHAs that are processed. Click on the 'get captcha' link within the software (when it starts up), and you can get full details.
