One Time Entries

Does SN automatically enter onetime entry contests as well as multiple entries, or is that left to the user to do him/herself?

Yes it can. The nice thing is if you put a 1x sweep in ninja you don't have to worry about ever entering that sweep more than once because ninja will catch it - unless of course you enter the same sweep while surfing that you already have in ninja.

I meant are onetime entries automatically sent to SN like the dailies are?

For one time entries, those are generally left up to the user. (The 'Ninja Sweepstakes' mainly focuses on dailies, weeklies, and monthlies).
