[FIXED!] Key for software

I have the key and when I enter it into the software I get an error message saying the key has already expired.
Also in the instruction it says enter your email, name and phone number then the key. But the phone number is not listed in the first line.
Do i still need to enter the phone number? How do I get a new key or special code to bypass this?
