Captcha Issues

I have had several problems with the Captchas. They are not entering at all. THis has happened several times. I have changed the setting to according to your specifications and it has made it worst.

I have also tried the new setup for the CAPTCHAs - it is even worse and they were processing more before.

I am continuning having issues. CAPTCHA is not working to it's full capacity. Is there any suggestions.
