How do you get notified if your a winner,

Hi everyone nice to here of your win, wanted to ask a quick question How do you know if your a winner do they e-mail or call. my e-mails have been so backed up with all the entering. Thanks and I do not know how to attch a smile please help.

I usually get an email but sometimes the wins just show up without prior notice. Always open She Knows emails as you have to open the attachment of the affidavit and send it back with copy of drivers license, even for a book! I have won 5 She Knows sweeps this year.
