Sweepstakes Ninja Directory

Regarding the SN Directory, is this where i would add sweepstakes to my own list if it's a sweepstakes that i want to enter. If so, would i need to check if they are already in "Millionaires Club"...i don't want to go through the list if they are already there. Thanks for explaining this! :D
