[FIXED!] Changing profiles

On the Ninja submissions, when I enter, I usually only have a few that give the message they weren't entered and I go in and enter them by hand. No big deal. However, when I switch to my husband's profile it won't submit any of them. Gives the SSNA message for every one. Was wondering if maybe we have to clear cookies before entering a family member? I usually enter for my husband and I on sweeps that allow it. Just for the record,the sweeps that I am trying to enter for him are ones that allow per person daily and not 1 per household. For example, the Celebrity Cafe ones. Thanks for any information you can provide for this problem.
