[Fixed!] program won't start

I have been unable to open the program for a couple of days. When I click on the icon the Updates checker pops up but when it goes away nothing happens. The program doesn't load, I don't get an error message or anything.

I downloaded the software click to load it says updating then says error access violation program terminated

please help.. program will not start. I get the screen that shows downloading sweepstake files but program will not open from there.

Can you fix mine its not working either, went out today. It loads the sweeps but the program won't open. What can I do?

Wont Start for me either all week....loads sweepstakes and closes, never to the second screen. Also I am a paid member and cannot view
'private forums" as I do not have "access"...
