[FIXED!] software/can't use

Ninja says I am using onthe program on multiple computers, which I am not doing, and each time I access it, the software closes. I have never had this problem before. It says to contact you so that you can fix it for me. I am not emailing in here my order number and pertinent info........can you please look into this and help me please! I can't use the software till this is corrected. Thanks Jonathan........:-)
