Hi, I just signed up with Sweepstakes Ninja after trying the free week
I have two profiles going. I noticed these last two days that all the entries for *NeedCoffee* (http://www.needcoffee.com/category/contests/)
have all *Skipped*
it just skips right over them with that notification "Skipped" instead of *Success*
Why??? they are not manual entry but fast submission like the rest of the NinjaSweeps
Then I singled out those NeedCoffee entries with the green checkmark, while everything else had the red *x* and tried it again but it didn't enter them
?????

Hi,
Could you let me know what you mean by 'skipped'? There actually isn't any 'skip' functionality, unless you mean already entered. If you've already entered, the software prevents you from entering 'too much' so you don't get disqualified from the sweepstakes.
Alternatively, there is also an 'SSNA' - which means that for some reason, the sweepstakes could not be entered (at the moment). Usually because of a poor internet connection, or for some reason it couldnt submit at the moment...

no, I'm telling you it actually listed "Skipped"
Skipped
Skipped
Skipped
Skipped
etc. etc. all the way down the line for all NeedCoffee entries (must have been at least 20 of them)
and I know that if its less than 24 hours, some of the entries wont go through but I specifically wait for the 24 hour period to be over so I know that it can't be that
very strange

Ahhhhhhhhh... ok, I know what it is...
(haha, how funny. I've put together the software, but forgot my own messages

)
The "skipped" is because it is 'once per household'. If you try entering 5-10 family members, you'll be disqualified. So the software only let's you enter it for the first person.

Thanks. At the moment, the software (for logistical reasons) only allows one e-mail to be sent in for the household items, because even if you are 'entering' for other people in other states -- sometimes those sweepstakes site will look at your IP and figure you are 'spamming' them.
(So even if you say had 10 different addresses, if you are sending from the same machine, and try to 'bypass' that - the sweepstakes site may figure you are just spamming them and then disqualify all your entries. This software prevents that).

ok, I am using my laptop for all these submissions. There is also a desktop here at the house, can I load the software onto that as well for the 2nd profile?

Well, I suppose you could. Please just note though that the functionality is designed to prevent disqualifications. If you start submitting to a website that explicitly says it only wants once per day per household (i.e., IP address), and you start submitting more than that, it is possible that you won't get any entries through (because that is why they put that restriction in), and that they would automatically disqualify you. If you feel confident though that your entries would get through anyways, then I guess that is your decision.
Thanks,
Johnathan
