Okay --
I am not sure why that is happening - it seems a couple people have some specific sweepstakes that is causing that issue. So I've created a special "debug/test" version.
Next time you start the software:
1. Click on the "Tools->Advanced Settings" menu item.
2. You'll see a "Save Sweepstakes As you enter them" checkbox. Make sure this is checked.
3. Close the window.
4. Click on the 'Enter Sweepstakes for Selected Profile!" button.
If it "freezes"/"crashes" again -- next time you "restart" the software -- you will be able to see the "last" successfully entered sweepstakes for the profile you were working on, simply by scrolling down the list.
(I.e., it will say something like:
"Success!"
"Success!"
"Success!"
""
where the last entry is simply "blank").
Click on the green checkmark to make it a "red x". This will make the software "skip" the sweepstakes that is causing the problem. Also -- once you find that out, let me know specifically which sweepstakes it is, and I will look into it to see what is causing the issues. (For me it is working a-ok, so not quite sure why for a couple specific individuals there is an issue).
