it could be due to a poor internet connection, incomplete profile, etc.

Been going through these. Turns out some sites had updated their sweepstakes. These should be fixed now.

SSNA means that the sweepstakes was not available at the moment. Basically, it skipped it for 'now', but will try entering the next time you start the software.
It could be because the website is inaccessible, you forgot to fill in some information, or something else.
