Have been a captcha member for several months now. Some days the captchas work perfectly, other days it skips most of them. As far as calibration goes, most of the magazines won't let me calibrate as if I click on the prize so the captcha shows up, there is a picture there or an arrow for a video. This is very frustrating. I saw someone else posted that this was happening to them and it was said there is a FAQ for it. I've looked at the FAQ's four times and cannot find anything.

FAQ says basically go into a 'regular' browser (i.e., MSIE), load the page 3-4x. It will 'reset' showing the videos, and then should work for you in the software.
