Just renewed my subscription to a yearly one, now its telling me its expired, however its not I just paid for a new one, so how do I correct or contact to correct

I was only able to run on the computer it was originally installed, I tried installing and running on my new laptop, would not allow me to enter the registration code as it told me it was expired and only had limited contests to enter, so NO it has not been corrected

When it is entering the CAPTCHA -- what kind of 'captchas' are being presented to you?
I.e., are they "just text"? Do they say "click here to reveal code"? Is it a movie? Or something else?

They are the 'solvemedia' captchas. So if you see the 'difficult' to enter ones -- those are the ones that this software can process.
