Editing list items-How to?

All of the luckymag entries are listed as one time only, which is not so, I do those manually and I'd rather not since I paid to have them done for me. How do I edit those that are incorrect?

I have asked how to make a correction on a sweepstakes too, and the only way to fix it is to e-mail Johnathan the URL's of the sweepstakes that need fixed and he fixes them by the following day.
