I have been trying to find out how to report time out sweepstakes and error sweepstakes. If some one would help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Post them in "Bug Reports" - you'll also find a few sections there explaining the best way to explain/show the problem for better and faster assistance.

Thanks -- I periodically check errors and timeouts, and if I see them, will fix them. If you experience them on your computer, there is not much you can do about them except try later, as sometimes you will get a timeout simply because your internet connection is slow or something along those lines.
