Sweepstakes Ninja | Winners List, Forums, + More!

I have decided to add more profiles for my family, but I only want to enter them in certain sweeps in "Your Sweepstakes".
I don't want to enter them in all of the sweeps, but i don't know how to control this.
Also in "Your Sweepstakes", I have previously clicked "Fast Submission". How can I change this so I can enter them one at a time for certain profiles
