Note About CAPTCHAS (For those with CAPTCHA Support!)

Postby SweepstakesNinja » Sat Jun 07, 2014 9:27 pm

Just a couple notes for anyone running CAPTCHA sweepstakes:

a) From time to time, the magazine sweepstakes will 'adjust' the captchas. Since people have different computer configurations, about once a month, you will need to take about 2 minutes to 'calibrate' the CAPTCHAs. To do this -- simply go into the "Tools->Captcha Calibrator". Watch the video, & follow the instructions. Once you've "calibrated" the CAPTCHAs, everything should work a-ok.
b) IF you get a "video" sometimes appearing (other than the captchas) -- open the same website URL in something like Microsoft Internet Explorer. Refresh the page several times -- then the "movie" captcha will disappear, and it will become regular captchas that can be processed a-ok.

Cheers!
