I just got notice that I won either an autographed album or t-shirt from "Guinness Wyclef Sweepstakes." I can't find this in any of my other to-go places. Was this in Ninja?

I've wondered for some time - is there a way to look up expired sweepstakes that are on Ninja? I like to know where I "found" a sweepstakes, for my records. Thanks.
